For a small man like Barrera to move such a huge bag it shows his strength and will power.
And for all the Pacquiao fans bashing him...he's slow...he's weak or whatever. Check the size of the bag Manny is hitting - 100lb or more difference.

lol!!!! Other boxers have been impressed with my heavy bag work which is just a small part of overall training 15 years worth......let me know when you post a heavy bag video so i can watch it.

@TheLorie71 im not disrespecting but those guys are pros because they see things, theyre durable, they know how to react etc, i fought in the amateurs too. knockouts are hard to get, that impressive but i dont know who or where youre boxing, you wont get that ko percentage in california. you advertised i commentedm you would impress alot of moms or college kids, but pros or a decent amateur they wont impress that easy.

@WeAreAll0ne1 , i am a cruiser/heavyweight and 6ft2.....you dont compare light/welterweights to me. You go watch some heavyweights hit the bag and come back and say that... FYI i have better cooordination then many pros at any weight and a 70% knockout rate as amature. Also i was not comparing myself to Antonio Barrera at any stage here. Thanks

Whats with all these people who keep complaining about how he does his heavy bag drills. Hes a top ranked boxer. Unless you are pacquiao who has beat the crap out of him, you should just be quiet.
People who havent been in a fight dont know the magnitude of skills between a pro and the typical person.
