Gomu Gomu no Cosplay: Okage Shadow King Skit: Anime LA 2007

PLEASE READ!
We didn't have a skit for Anime LA 2007 and since we were making a big group of Okage costumes we said "WHY NOT??!!"
It's a really obscure video game you can buy for like $10.00 but it's AWESOME. Sadly I twisted my ankle before going onstage so yah.. that was fun.

I suggested the music and came up with the choreography. It was kinda hard making a skit from a series no one would really know. (although a few people did!) So basically the skit theme is "Let's pick on Ari!" Which mostly what the game is about too..

I just have to add I'm the girl in the red dress, Princess Marlene and YES i'm aware I'm fat... comments are not needed, thank yoooou.

We won Best in Show Craftsmanship and Performance. Wow!! I really didn't expect it but I'm happy because everyone worked so hard on their costumes.

Just an extra note the song was titled "wa-zu wa-zu no mahou (easter egg mix)" (From a miz CD I got. It's from Namco. So if you can find it.. good luck.
