Once we got zucchinis why don't prepare a delicious omelet? Alessandra explains how to make it for those who are at their first experience in cooking. Enjoy!

4 servings: eggs - 4, previously sauteed zucchini - 300 grams, extra virgin olive oil, grated Parmesan - 50 grams, cooking cream - 2 tablespoons, salt and pepper

Break the eggs into a bowl. Add zucchini, one tablespoon of Parmesan cheese and one tablespoon of cooking cream. Then add a dash of pepper and a dash of salt and mix everything together. Heat the oil in a pan and spread it well so that the omelet doesn't stick to the pan. Then pour the mixture into the pan, spreading it with a fork so that it is even and covers the bottom of the pan. Cook on low heat until the edges start to cook and then cover with a lid and wait until it is cooked through. Flip it over and cook the other side for a few minutes.
