This song - and to a lesser extent the whole album - is an underrated masterpiece rivalling Linda Perhacs' (softer and more ambient) "Parallelograms". what is striking is how the style of guitar from Ron price and Bill Mitchell seems so far ahead of its time - recalling even the alternative bands of the 1980s and the adult alternative of the 1990s with less lushness.
