I bet half of the gondolas have the air turned off and have no brakes. Half of the L hoppers have springs broken. Conrail junk on the road with no proper COT inspections ! Listen to the flat wheels !

Nice horn audio in these captures! Did you see the kid on the bike completely disregard the gates before the second train? He and that GEVO could have had a nasty meet had it been a few seconds later...
