Can you please put English close caption, if it's not too difficult.... I really would like to know what they're saying. As an American, I just don't understand why this is such a big deal in Belgium...It really makes me appreciate the small government philosophy. Why does the Government think they have the right to determine how people have kids? If people want to have a surrogate birth then let them. Also why are there no women on this panel other than the moderator?

@goodgirlkay I would like to put English subtitles, but I just don't have the time (yet) to make an English transcript of this lengthy clip.. I think it would certainly be helpful to give Americans (and others) some insight in to why surrogacy is such an issue in Belgium and in Europe..
the panel consists of 2 gay guys (the premise is the case of Samuel and his gay dads), the former Secretary of Childrens Rights was a woman (but now it's a man)
