Steller's Jay Peanut Collect (Atari Bird)

This is Punk Youth Stellar the jay that would never let us be when we were at college in Olympia, WA. He would see us through the windows of our apartment when we would get up in the morning and come chattering and banging on the windows.

After I got back from a trip to the southwest I left some rocks out on the window sill and he stole all of them. And that wasn't enough, he then got into the habit of breaking anything I left on the railing including glass jars that we had out there for plants. It seemed the only thing we could do to stop his behaviors was feed him peanuts daily and hope for the best.

ha ha too funny! They're little piggies, aren't they? I had one at my old house that eats corn like this and can't see how he doesn't end up with a tummy ache!

Aren't they! And demanding little buggers on top of it! This bird would peep through our blinds and not let us alone until it had a belly ache.

I love how they'll glare at the squirrels and then swoop down like "MY turn!" I love them. Pretty birds. Whereabouts are you? I'm in Everett, WA and see lots of them here.

I have lived all over the Northwest, Seattle, Bellingham, Olympia, Quilcene, and now I am living in Portland. I don't see them in town down here often but they are in the woods around here. In town we have scrub jays down here. They are just as hilarious. XD
