Netherlands Empire

Although it is mostly gone today, in the past the Netherlands ruled quite a vast colonial empire which included what is now New York, the cape of South Africa, northern Brazil, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Taiwan. The largest was the Dutch East Indies (Indonesia) which stretched across an area almost the size of Europe. The Dutch colonial forces put up a gallant fight in World War II there and, in fact, in the opening days the tiny Dutch submarine flotilla actually sank more Japanese ships than the entire US undersea fleet. The Netherlands was never able to recover from the Japanese occupation and after a guerilla war against insurgents the Dutch were forced to give up their overseas empire due to a lack of support from the other world powers.

Als wij zo vantastich trots zijn, waarom laten we dan zoveel volk binnen , dan maak je je eigen volk dus kapot en je hebt geen cultuur meer...is dit hoe het eindigd ?whatever met je trots je hebt er nu geen bal meer aan, Nederland maakt mij misselijk vandaag. Moslims hebben niet deze geschiedenis geschreven maar de Nederlanders...Stop die trots maar in je reet want Nederland bestaat niet meer zoals je het hier ziet, dez mensen hadden het echt niet getrokken hun cultuur en land te verloederen.

@Wazztheweasel Uh, ten eerste, het is fantastisch en niet vantastisch. Ten tweede, er is niets mis met meerdere culturen in 1 land. Zo lang ze zich maar als gast gedragen, zo niet, moeten ze er weer uit.

En natuurlijk refereer je weer naar moslims. Ik ben al lang niet meer trots op mijn volk door mensen zoals jij.
