In football you need size and strength, in jiu-jitsu you need flexibility and mobility. If you practice these qualities and incorporate them into positions such as this, it WILL work for you. You have to have a positive attitude in order for something you work.

I've been on the foot on bicep position a few times prior to viewing this video. I came up with a couple of things. You can pull his elbow towards your body causing a very painful shoulder lock, or you can grab your foot and sweep him, very similar to the rubix cube.

ok so pulling your opponents left are accross his body like that will be near impossible if he is resisting with his elbow by the side of his body

i dont think it is gonna be hard to get. remember these are all just options. options...if one technique doesnt get them, the other will. first step is going for mission control, zombie-new york. these are just options for those who play home alone. i personally love these series. and like all things, success will come after you drill it a ton and try it in rolling. thx for the video man. this is cutting edge shit. there seems to be no end to possibilities wit rubber guard.
Its hard to do in live rolling but if you get the first step in getting the foot under the armpit the rest is easy I,ve Got it alot in live rolling but I battled to get the foot under the armpit. If he tries to push the knee down to pass you can snatch his arm that works sometime you just have to play with it
