Huge disappointment and regret wasting my money. "Custom" is very misleading for these. First, they come in only one width. Due to bunions, my forefeet spilled over the sides, making running unbalanced and uncomfortable. Second, the rigid part of the arch comes in only one height, one which completely didn't work for me. Finally, they come in only one thickness. I'm lightweight. These were so thick and heavy, I couldn't get any impact and felt I was wearing bricks. Awful product!.
