This is a re-upload of my first posted video. I actually uploaded it as a 720p file just to get the higher quality. So the HD is not actual HD, but an upscale. I only wanted the higher bitrate ^_^!

I made this video because it started snowing on the Winter Solstice here in Minnesota. The snow signaled the beginning of Winter and it will give us a white Christmas this year. I thought I would put together a quick and simple video expressing my feelings. I hope you like it ^_^!

if you upscale, your quality will mostlikely downgrade. But it wont be terrible.

Excuse me, I'd like to ask if I upscale from 480 x 360 video, will the quality be so bad after I upscaled? Is it good quality because of upscaling DVD quality videos?
