This was the Palauan men's dance performance during the November 28, 2006 Micronesian Cultural Exchange Festival held at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Micronesian Community Network was one of the key organizers. The Festival drew over 2,000 people and featured social service workers, education specialists, other community leaders and State of Hawaii leaders who were then working to assist and empower the migrants from the Compact of Free Association nations. It was great!
