You'll notice there's plenty of traffic-wash noise in the background...This vid is pretty misleading, as Brownwood's downtown is, to a great extent, dead. If you were to take film footage around 5pm anywhere along Austin Ave or Early Boulevard, it wouldn't be looking anything like this.
