An all-new Chevrolet Caprice Police Patrol Vehicle (PPV) will join the ranks of law enforcement departments across North America in 2011. It's a modern, full-size, rear-drive sedan that will offer both V-8 and V-6 engines, as well as a host of specialized equipment and features. Chevrolet made the announcement at the annual International Association of Chiefs of Police convention, in Denver, Colorado. The Caprice PPV will be available for ordering next year and will hit the streets in early 2011.

  • @HamadHHAG Ah, I see now.

  • @HamadHHAG LMAO.. and YOU have anything to beat it? OUTrun it? Doubtful, at best.

  • I build these at Holdens in South Australia, we have been making these builds for the US for a long time now just havent seen them in action on American footage. Every thing is built in Australia other then the ELS and Stickers. Different States have different colours so they apply the stickers and ELS in America. We even put the Chev badges on the cars, everything but yeah they are nothing new in Australia

  • @jimmyhoffa9

I like the 01 Impala, but the problem with those is the front scrapes bottom on many hills.

  • @2290Sean

Big whoop, the Vic is an old car.

Besides, this thing would likely lose to a Vic or old early 90s Caprice iin a demolition derby.

  • jap is crap

  • what a piece of crap shit

  • How come the Camaro isn't driving in Australia, but was designed there. Makes no sense.

  • @MrHellaspride shut aussie cars? like gm makes good cars? :P most of gm sold stuff is crap nowadays. but i agree with you, why didnt they pick a jap vehicle? patriotism to american car manufacturers is damned expensive.
