Such regulation will get the rage boiling for certain people of initials P.T & M.C.S ;-)
Unsurprised a 'sponsorship announcement' based on 2GCR Goulburn would've led 4CRB down a path of trouble. Back in the 80's & early 90's I'm reliably told that 2GCR was a pseudo-commercial station, very FM-like, much to the chagrin of the then sleepy 2GN.

Duration 5 mins, very lengthy for 30 min news, was this for a local affairs show?
Blank v/o at end, guessing the visual overlay was a slide with meeting details inserted by control room along with supers?
