Olivia has a heartattack outside Company after begging Natalia to take the job as her assisstant so she can check herself into the hospital.

Remy saves her life as Natalia begs Olivia to live. Once at the hospital they find out Olivia needs a pacemaker and Natalia agrees to take the job.

Do a search for "The Story of Otalia". They have the entire story from beginning to end edited together in segments, and in HD when available. If you see anything with a number in the title (besides a date), then you can check that channel for the previous number to see what led up to that scene. There are actually several channels w/ Otalia story compilations, so segment numbers vary by channel.  It's a beautifully told, epic love story. I just discovered them on YouTube & now I'm addicted!
