I am a filipino and I'm proud of her. Not really a good answer though but c'mon people, we should not be that judgemental if some fails to answer a question especially those that are with pressure. Well, I admit, the question is not that hard but it's hard to deal with pressure. Pressure makes people to forget or etc. and before we criticize, I think we should imagine ourselves being in the situation.

to be in stage is that easy, surrounded and viewed internationally. To be in top 5 was already a great honor and achievement for Filipinos, Ms. Philippines did her own best to represent and to dignified our country – in fact out of 83 countries? We used to be in top 5. My salute and complements to Ms. Venus Raj for her modesty and confidence. Let us not condemn and criticize her answer but rather to give honor and to be proud of her. Congratulations!!!

There were some tough questions that night. All the contestants were equally nervous. The easiest question went to the Philippines though.

All the contestants tried, but there is only one Queen crowned and the rest gave it their all. I need to congratualte Miss Mexico like a good sport and a fair person.

While I agree that getting to the top 5 alone is one of the biggest honors in the world, the entire reason for the question and answer session is to see how they react under pressure, so being under pressure really isn't an excuse. I'm not criticizing, just saying that pressure is the whole reason for seeing how they react in public when nervous.
