Feb Fest in Kingston, Ontario kicked-off on February 3rd with the Kingston Knights sledge hockey team playing host to a pick-up crew from Service Ontario that included the city's four female municipal Councillors. While the spirit was willing, after a full week of stick- handling the city's 2011 budget and stomaching its passage, well, let's just say there wasn't a lot left when it came to holding the line on goals-against.
