Personally I don't know any. Just because you make it legal doesn't mean everyone will suddenly be high all the time! As for smoking, yes it's bad for you HOWEVER you don't need to smoke cannabis. You can eat it or vapourize it. 2/3 of people use alcohol regularly - doesn't mean they are pissed all the time!

I could see legalizing weed strictly for medicinal purposes, but it's ignorant for people to ask for legalization when they just smoke it for fun. How would people drive and work when intoxicated? It dulls the mind and puts you in a fog. I agree it's a much safer alternative than cigarettes because it's natural but smoking is bad regardless of what it is.

Vegetable is a meaningless term. Cannabis sativa is a plant which contains numerous drugs, of which THC is but one. Might as well say it's an herb rather than a drug, because that makes about as much factual sense.
