hahaha... I thought you were Chinese. hahaha But,dang 40 cent for that much of a stir fried noodle dish? *sigh* I would be so humongous living with my salary in the states and paying that kind of price for food in China. I would eat all of the time! Thanks for posting the video up!

@p4rt1 its been a while.. they start with high heat. a little oil then a egg..add the lettuce and beansprouts a heat till the egg is about half cooked. Lower the heat and add the noodles, soy sauce, salt and a little pepper mixed with powdered ginger. toss and cook for about another minute and that's it.. recently I've asked them to add a little shaved carrot that really adds a good texture to it. I'll go back and make a video response that breaks it down in better detail..

in this town its not so bad, but when you get outside into shenzhen or guangzhou.. its a nightmare.. people all over the place , no laws. driving like maniacs.. you get used to it though..

@THEWORLD116 yeah.. the law is dont get caught doing anything stupid.. there is laws however they are not enforced too well .. it's pretty lax for the most part..

haha.. yeah.. i live here in hengli.. its a small town about 2 -3 hours north of hong kong.. ima try to do a new video with some other type of foods.. i uploaded one called the u wedding.. that had some good food..
