@Lijacote Dan speaks in generalizations like that because it gets the point across faster. If you called his podcast with your comment, he would agree with you. THEN, he'd tell you that he's also right because what he's saying is generally true. While women are not bastions of chastity, a man generally has to do a LOT more to get sex from a woman than gay men have to. Have hets had sex in a park or public bathroom after just meeting, sure, but the numbers are nowhere near that of gay men.

I'm not sure this requirement of an internal check is exclusive to homosexual men. It's necessary for everyone to control themselves. Pretty bad stereotyping by Dan there in my opinion. Straight men have, and will spin out of control, even with women, because not every woman is a bastion of chastity.
