You're inspirational. Really. :o)

@ourotherplanet Like you, I was also inspired by Shay Carl to lose weight, and I've lost 50 pounds so far. Both he and you are my main inspirations for losing the weight!

I'm so proud of you Justin! Keep it up. :-)

Great job Justin your such inspiration! Doesn't seem like that long ago that you made the first video talking about taking up running. To see you now & the progress you've made In what seems like a fairly short amount of time is awesome. I quit smoking & over the past 3 yrs I've slowly gained 40+ pds. You have totally motivated me to get started. Keep up the good work!

Freakin amazing Justin. Can't wait to see where you'll be in a few more months. Skinny town, thats where. Okay that was dumb. Because of you and Shay Ive been eating WAY better food. Making healthy choices and exercising in the morning before work. Nothing crazy and its only been a few weeks but I feel a difference already. Thanks man and KEEP IT UP!
it is 12:30am and I just got down and did 15 pushups. Thanks Justin!

Do you calorie count?
larrydav1d 1 month ago
@larrydav1d Not really. I don't count much of anything really. The only think I'm a little crazy about counting is the distance I run. I step on a scale maybe every 2 or 3 weeks. I get too easily obsessed with calorie counting or the number on the scale so I tend to avoid both of those things. I try to focus on nutrition and less about calories or quantity.. if that makes sense.
