Because 1) Baltimore is famous for its yummy crabs. Or at least, they have good crabs. 2) Velma screwed the judges; therefore she may have, well, CRABS! wooh!

no. its from the play, and they recorded it with michelle pffeifer for the soundtrack but they cut the ending of it from the movie
