I'm the person who transcribed the plans that you used as a basis for your boat and am very impressed with your results. You have a couple of unique modifications. I haven't seen a keel strip on this boat before but it looks nice and makes sense. I liked the original lateen sail, but you used what you had available it it seems to have worked well.
I hope you have as much fun with this boat as I did with my own.

Well, the young men have built a very nice sailboat. I hope that she sails for a long time to come. I enjoyed watching the hard work that you have put into her, nice father to have helped and let you learn.
