I am shaing this with yall and i know many wont understand and will probably be the butt end of some jokes (trust me... It will be clear im sure) but this is how I want to roll in MY TRUTH AND LIFE! Areas I WANT TO GROW, MATURE AND INCORPARATE in my journey of inner growth and inner well being. The outward will come along with it I truely believer through my obendience. But my main focus is becoming heathier, growing spiritualy and weight loss will come with it.I truely thank yall for rolling with me and showing me TRUE support. I send this with love....Kianna

  • its funny, when i stop eating meat (poultry usually, im not a fan of pork or beef) i tend to gain more weight. have u noticed a significant weight loss change since uve started? im happy to say that ive lost a good 30 lbs since this time last year. now if i can only get my butt to work out more often

  • @akalaina WOW U GAIN MORE AS U TAKE ANIMAL FAT OUT OF UR DIET.. WOW.. THAT IS CRAZY. MUST BE THE GRAIN AND CARB INTAKE... AND YES.. I HAVE NOTICED A WEIGHT CHANGE. ITS WORKING WELL FOR ME..   • @bigcouz52 I started at a gym and just walk on the tread. I need help lossing weight to and am not as activity as I should be. If I find anything out I will def let you know.

  • @Mrsfeisty82 oh okay cause ur message just said work regimen not WORKOUT..... but i do workout dvds that many subbies have sent to me... i should do them more but as u know i am very very busy. yes we have to make time... but i am trying to do better at that... u may have mastered that so can u share tips on what ur workout regimen is

  • I didnt mean do you work out as in occupation. I meant what is your exercise regimen etc.

  • @bigcouz52 You're very welcome. I know how hard it is to loose weight and I'm behind you all the way. I was thinking tonight as I ate those pork chops with fried apples and hot buttered biscuits about how I really shouldn't be eating them but goodness gracious they were good!! I'm not worried, I don't have that kind of stuff very often as I'm not a big meat eater. I just wish I knew more about how to prepare veggies other then boiled with butter. ;-)

  • @wayne1955 thats a great tip.. cause after counting every carb for everything u can actually eat a great meal for way under too so that is a great rule of thumb.. and ty u so
