  • Just watched yer allotment vids, first bit of advice, dont try and dig wet soil, you just make it worse.

Secondly you gonna need to get yourself a hoe! :O . You dont want to be diging around your plants once growing as you risk damaging roots, to remove weedlings/grass just keep hoeing them untill they give up.

Also you want to start getting yer chicken shit in there now, dig in well and leave for a month, stinks but most things that plants like do stink! :p

    Good luck.

  • This may be a little weird, but after watching this episode I may just download and play some Doom!!! lol

  • Doom! XD I starting yelling "it's Quake, Quake!" at the screen, but to be honest everyone plays the shoddy Call of Duty series these days :/ Great job on the door, and kudos to your nephew! I was showing the misses your allotment and how it works (I don't think we have anything like this in the states) and suddenly the camera started pivoting and shortly after you mentioned your nephew was recording. I had a laugh about it, though I think she thought I was nuts ^_^

  • I love the opening with the trains rick, you always brightin my day and show there are still good people in this world.

  • hi rick, not a bad job at making that door, the wind was quite bad think we had 70 mph,in northumberland but it seemed more, wouldnt take much to bend them doors, had a simalar metal shed and they are thin.good luck with the allotmant !
