@MicoHicks I understand the clicks, I never fit in either, but that never kept me from going. I didn't go for the friends. I am going to meet Jesus. I'm 9 years old and I have been saved for a while. Nothing will keep me from going to church there!!

I would just like to say That I by no means blame anyone for my girls turning to the world for acceptance. But I knew that if the church world didn't embrace them that the world was standing there with open arms, thats why I didn't miss a service for over 2yrs. Pray for my children Tommy.

Tommy you work for the Lord like NO other, you give God all that you have, I was a member there for a couple of yrs. Had 2 young daughters, but there heart was broken so many times there, because they could not fit in to the youth click, do you know what its like to drive an 1 1/2 hr.to church and an hour and an 1 1/2 hr. home and watch your children cry because that would not be accepted, lot of family there. well I love you and love to hear you Preach, The world accept my 2 girls to my hurt

I know little about the man known as Pastor Tommy Bates, but I've been blessed to have been present at two different services in Cleveland, TN where he sang and preached. God showed up and used Pastor Bates to deliver a powerful word to HIS people. It wasn't about Tommy Bates at all. He didn't preach 'himself"- he preached JESUS, who is most def REAL!
