A video I made of some possible Edwards from Stephenie Meyer's Twilight. I originally used the song The Sharpest Lives by My Chemical Romance, but due to copyright infringement, the song has been changed to Vampire by People in Planes.

I don't like Rob at all. He's ugly and not a good actor. I didn't like him as Cedric and now he plays my favourite role :(
My favourite Edward-actor is Gaspard Ulliel... ♥ He's just the best....

@natillatilla95 Tom sturridge definately would have been the best Edward in my opinion... he almost got the part too but then they decided at 24, he was too old to play edward, even though Patterson was 22 >:( grr..
oh well, i hear they might make a movie for The Host and he could possibly get a role in that :D

ok seriously, this is great because they need to change the actor so people will stop saying edward cullen is stupid just cause of his looks. i know he is ugly, but ONLY in the movies!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in the book he is beautiful and they need to realise that!!!!! if you agree 'like' this comment. ;)

Nice choice of Edwards...although I have to disagree with Taylor Kitsch cuz he's like a surfer dude, definetly not vampire material. Jon Foster defintly isn't Edward material either cuz he looks too innocent. An edward looks dangerous, and hot. My favs were Gaspard Ulliel, Sean Farris and Drew Fuller...best Edwards in my opinion

@VerenaKaroline totally agree.....LOVE GASPARD!!!! He has is so gorgeous and such a gentlemen...he also has that dangerous, mischevious look about him. Excactly what a vampire looks like. I do agree that Robert Pattinson did play his role in twilight ok cuz he has that dangerous vampire paleness to him but I don;t think of him as drop dead gorgoeous, like Gaspard.

I personally never pictured Robert as Edward or anyone like him, but he does the job well. I agree with your pics more, but i personally only thought of someone similar to hayden christensen

Great job deducing my gender, Sherlock (Seriously, a girl making a video about Edward Cullen? OMG!). I picked the guys I did because I thought they best fit his physical description (tall, red-haired, muscled) not because I thought they were "self-confident sissy boys".

You forgot one thing though, Edward is described as a modest gentleman, which none of these guys are (hmm maybe Franco, but he does not look like a model)
These guys are all the "look at me-type".
I think Robert Pattinson is the best choice, or maybe even me =p . I can act and I sort of match the description =p

He has the personality of a modest gentleman, but as a vampire he's naturally going to be physically handsome and eye-catching.

The current song is Vampire by People in Planes. It used to be the Sharpest Lives, but Youtube made me change it.
