I got the Volume 1 DVD of Lucky Star yesterday and when I was watching episode 4, I was freaked out about Konata's voice! XD But you'll have to see it for yourself!

I would like to clear something up... When you Dub something you take the original and add voice overs, therefore Anime cannot have bad Japanese Dubbing, because it all originates from over there.
What does that mean? Simplified, it means that if you watch it with the Japanese voice actors you are watching it in the original version, Dub is just for lazy people who don't like to read, or are not willing to learn the language. So nobody takes Dub seriously, mainly because most of it sucks…

@Fanatic2020 suspension of disbelief is a scholarly phrased. it is a technique (well more a device or indicator) for story telling. its not specific to anime. tho the japs tend to have a weird way of handling it because their norm is a bit... yeah...

@Northwindless Dude shut the fuck up.
The only reason people say Jap dubs are better is because they don't know how Japenese people talk. I can tell you that they are just as bad, if not worse than the english dubs. The only difference between listening to the dubs is that you know the english dub is terrible because you have been around the culture and you just assume the Japanese dub is realistic.
With that being said, you can watch 2 bad dubs, one that you can't understand and one you can...
