Our full review of the Motorola Droid Bionic for Verizon Wireless, the carrier's first Android phone with a dual-core process and 4G LTE connectivity also comes with 1GB of RAM. This phone is a BEAST although we'd wish the camera were a bit better.

So I was about to buy the razr max or the GS nexus which would put in a new 2 yr contract and right now I'm month to month, but instead I got this on ebay and after reviewing the mentioned phones in person, I feel like I got one of them in this droid bionic. I'm absolutely blown away. Now I get to wait and see what new stuff they drop between summer and the holidays that they're not telling us about yet. And it will also get the ICS update

@ChadsVidz Just responding to your camera comment. The quality of the sensor and the lens are the major factors in image quality. Going from 6MP to 8MP doesn't result in better pictures, just bigger ones. And if your lens and/or sensor are bad, then going to 8MPs means you'll have bigger bad images.
