Next year, all Wisconsin residents -- even those already registered to vote -- will need to bring identification to the polls in order to vote. And beginning on Friday, many voters can now get that identification for free.
So, My Husband lost all his ID cards and more! We our very low on money and he had my Drivers License in his Wallet. My husband will be able to get a WI ID and he has a new ID from the VA and it has no address or birth-date. He is also disabled and has a bus disability card. Both have no address or birth dates. He does not have a Driver's License anymore. However, no matter how low my income I must still pay $28.00 that we do not have at all. Even if I would just like a regular State ID.
