Just got into black Indian culture and music three years ago! One of the few chiefs I have heard of and totally cool! I wish we had something like this up in Canada...the Native culture here is secluded and not displayed proudly like in NOLA! I wish I could go there:(

Ha. I got so many good pictures that day. Amazing how many people from all over came out that day, and of course the costumes were phenomenal. Rest in peace Tootie Montana.
