What the hell are those kids doing talking in the background?! Anyone who would live in such a house has a mental problem, bigtime. That is from 10 people I asked.

Those are not kids in the background, but anyways, the real world dictates the fact that many upon many individuals live in houses such as the one filmed. If you knew what I have seen in over 20 years in the industry you would either vomit or faint.

How long does it take from the time they eat the bait until they die? A friend is having a problem with german roaches and would like to know.

With Advion Bait it takes 8-24 hours before they die....it is a slow kill because they need a chance to transfer the bait to other roaches....I always suggest hiring a professional and making sure they ONLY use Maxforce or Advion Bait Gel and Stations

Please. Have you ever lived in a complex building? How old are? This is common, especially in the south. In New York (upstate) where I lived; I was told the reason German roaches are not common at all because of the cold, but in FL. because of the humid temperature and things of that nature they're common. They're every wheres

Maybe you live in an area where they're not common

Its not only that either. You could be the cleanest person in the world, but say you live in a complex building, where the person next isn't clean. The roaches will spread out & infest the surrounding buildings of the complex.

That's one reason i don't like living in complex buildings. I mean they're not bad, if the landlord sprays, but when they don't, It becomes hell. & if you bomb or use an exterminator, it won't help. Because the infestation is throughout the complex & they will return

How do you set an exact price? What if you have over a million roaches....is it still $100? Seems like you would lose your butt on that one once you pay for all the bait and time....we would go out of business charging that small amount....
