I'm very grateful I live here in UK. Everyone gets medical attention here, regardless of status. It's about health not wealth. Sum ppl choose private insurance bcos they can afford it; but the rest of us are very lucky to have brilliant medical aid in the National Health Service. We don't see it as a 'communist plot'. It's a blessing! The US system, as it stands, is inhumane. I am happy the Prez cares about the vulnerable; unlike regressives who care only about lining the pockets of the rich!

@teedonster So true!!! Our 'hardliners' ride bicycles to protect the environment, and are completely *for* gay marriage, abortion, and don't tolerate racists! Our 'abhorrent behaviour' is Russell Brand saying he screwed an actor's granddaughter on radio! We are very fortunate to live in such a civilized society such as UK.
