can someone please explain to me the purpose of the conductor????? IT'S NOT LIKE THEY DON'T HAVE A PIECE OF PAPER IN FRONT OF THEM. and they're not even looking at his hand gestures. It makes NO SENSE TO ME!!!! I'm sorry!!!!
