Forgive me, I know, I probably didn't pronounce the tea name right, but, you know what i meant. If you are looking for bulk loose tea, follow the link: www.herbco.com and go to the "bulk herb" section and find Damiana tea for $3.20 qp, or $8.00 a lb, depending on the amount you need.

  • yes, you can drink it with the herb still in the cub. You do not have to strain it, if you don't want to. Most people prefer to strain it though because it isn't the most pleasant tasting herb. The longer you steep it, the more potent the effects will be.

  • No, it can still be warm. I'm sorry i wasn't clear. It can be as little as 5 minutes. Drink it when it's a temperature you can drink it at safely. but it should not steep until it get's cold. The most potent time to drink it, is when it has had time to soak and the oils are released by the heat of the water. When it cools down, the herbal benefits slowly decrease. you want to consume the tea in it's most potent state, that is,literally when it is comfortable enough to drink. hope that made sense

  • it usually takes 30 mins to start taking effect. Also i would advise that you try "skullcap herb, valerian root (powdered), passion flower. one of each part mixed together (about a tbsp or two of each) and get your self some "000 empty capsules" (which are the biggest ones there are) and pack a bout 3 or 4 and take them when you need to once in the morning, if you have trouble sleeping then take them at night also. this treatment will help balance your disorder.

  • I ordered an ounce of Damiana today through Ebay for a total of $4.39 (after shipping) for my bi-polar disorder symptoms. Based off your own personal experience, how long does it take for the effects to manifest and once they do, how long do they tend to last? Thank you for posting this video!!!!

  • @deoxyribonucleic777 also the damiana effects should last upto 3-4 hours. i tried it one night as an aphrodisiac, so by experience...i would not take too much. the effects off of 2 capsules for 110 lbs. was 4 hours and then it slowly faded. what symptoms of bi-polar are you looking to balance? depression? hyperactivity? aggression? please let me know so i can give you something more specific to you. but if it is the things i listed here, then the skullcap, valerian, and passionflower will help.

  • do you use about the same amount of herb that would be in a "normal" tea bag?

  • @shazbot9000 yeah, give or take. Around 2 teaspoons full should be good. If you want it more "potent" then double the dose.

  • sweet girl

  • @kopjesenseo kratom a regular dose for me is 10+ gram for strong thai

  • @paranapoleon okey ,yes some combinations are realy nice.

and damiana is relaxt but i go with kratom

  • vaporize--> inhale

  • If you are struggling with quitting cannabis or cigarettes then vaporize some Damiana- it might lower your withdrawal symptoms. It helped me at least. a teaspoon on 150-170° and additionally a tea with the same amount should do it.

(it wont make you high but after it you probably wont feel the urge to get high as you will feel just comfortable.)

  • @kopjesenseo

i did a bit kratom (just 3g) + damiana tea + vapo some damiana- i really enjoyed it.

Imo it makes Kratom even nicer.

  • @StaziaRemedy i feel almost nothing from damiana

  • Damiana does almost nothing.

To me damiana is to subtle.

    Kratom is the best!
