Christa Worthington - The Alibi's for the night of Jan. 4th -5th 2002 never covered for each other. Jeremy Frazier who was being accused by the defendent as the one that "Must" have done this murdering, had to be Jeremy Frazier.

Jeremy Frazier claimed he drove his car to the first party at the Juice Bar that evening. Shawn Mulvey claimed Jeremy picked him up to go there, because the parking lot was trashed and his low-rider Honda would have gotten damaged due to the condition of that parking lot. Their friend Chris Bearse claims Jeremy & Shawn were together going to the after party and Tom Bilbo's House. Shawn then claims Chris Bearse drove him from the Juice Bar to his house in a train of cars to pickup his car, and then follows Jeremy's car in a train to the after party. Then Chris Bearse says in testimony, that Jeremy was driving and Shawn was the passenger, and the two drove off together in Jeremy's car. Jeremy claims he left his car at the Juice Bar in Orleans overnight and never took it to the Bilbo Party and Shawn drove his lowrider, then Shawn said he's wrong and took him to Bilbo's the next morning to pick up his car, not to the Juice Bar in Orleans as Frazier contends. Defense Attorney George asks Frazier if his car scraped Christa Worthington's road surface that night, and he said no. He asked that question to the driver that didn't have a "lowrider."
