9th Annual Burning Sessions: Battle of the Bay Area B-Boy Circuit

Battle of the Bay Area B-Boy Middle School Circuit

Burning Sessions was created by Profo Won in 2002.
It is a competition designed for after school program Breakdance students to test their skills against each other.

This is the first year we're happy to include more after school programs and dance studios from around the Bay Area.

It is a 5 on 5 competition.

The winning school will have their name engraved on the B-Boy Trophy and bragging rites for the entire school year!

Roosevelt Middle School (San Francisco)
Roco Studio (Marin)
B-Boy Academy (East Bay)
Cellspace Kids (San Francisco)
Acro Sports (San Francisco)

There will also be an underage (under 18 years old) 1 on 1 B-Boy Competition.

@MrBassfanatic Honestly guys this isn't ABDC or Red Bull BC-1. The epitome of B-Boying is not the moves, but STYLE. You kids need to do more research. Now I wasn't a judge, but the Furious Five had the "B-Boy Style" pretty locked. It's not based on power moves or routines either. It's swag and Hip Hop. When Profo Won was saying,"nice haircuts", he really was being sarcastic. When I think of Roco, I think of Kid David, Milestone, and Tom Slick... not Justin Beaver! Yuck!
