fs9 didn't have a radius distance option. so you gotta live with it

Fs9.cfg under:
(DISPLAY)
TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=40 <-- to a higher value ex: 400 (Not recommended for cards 128Mb or less....so do it and like it...
