In this video, I show you all on how to Jailbreak your iPhone or iPod Touch on the new iOS 4.1 firmware, using Sn0wBreeze v2.0.1. This will NOT work on the iPod Touch 4, iPhone 4, or the iPad! Also, this Jailbreak does NOT use the SHAtter Exploit, the SHAtter Exploit will be used in GreenPois0n as soon as it's released.

List of devices this works for and what you NEED to do to get it to work:

-iPod Touch 1G Jailbroken on any firmware

-iPod touch 2G (NON-MC) Jailbroken on any firmware OR use iReb if not Jailbroken

-iPod Touch 2G (MC MODEL) Must be on 3.1.2 and does not need to be Pre-Jailbroken

-iPod Touch 3G Must be on 3.1.2 NON-Jailbroken with the Special Box checked off in Expert Mode
iPhone 2G Can be on any firmware and does not need to be Pre-Jailbroken

-iPhone 3G Can be on any firmware Jailbroken or use iReb if not Jailbroken

-iPhone 3Gs old bootrom has to be Jailbroken on any firmware, if you are Jailbroken on Spirit or JailbreakMe, must add this source in Cydia: http://repo.woowiz.net , then search and install spirit2pwn

-iPhone 3Gs new bootrom must be on 3.1.2 NON-Jailbroken with the Special Box checked off in Expert Mode

-Retains baseband / Will not update your baseband

-Hacktivate / will activate your iPhone without a sim card

-On 4.1, if you retain an unlockable baseband, you can use UltraSn0w

Things You NEED to know:

**Remember, if you have an iPhone 3GS (New Bootrom) or an iPod Touch 3G, then you must click the check box that says: "Use iBooty Method (3.1.2 Installation Required)"

**If you get an error while restoring, unplug your device, and then plug it back in and TRY again!

**This Jailbreak requires restoring with a custom IPSW, meaning everything on your device will be removed (applications, songs, etc...) so make sure to back EVERYTHING up in iTunes before doing this!

**Lastly, make sure to go SLOWLY through the Jailbreak process, if you rush and miss a certain step, then this may not work.
