one thing you can do to instantly increase velocity if you don't already do this is to try to push off your back foot more.

hey man.... we had a game tonight and it was our rivalry. and i been workin on the hip rotation you have been talking about and i tried to throw out in front more and i think it worked cause i pitched the best game by far i only struck out about 5 guys i pitched the whole 7 innings and won 4 to 3... i really think your program is great and i have more to work on. thanks for doin this..

my way is to reach down lower like lowe or lincecum and speed up arm movement so the ball doesn't sail high
