andre2j2, arabs took he shawrma from the turks. remmber trukey invaded "blad al'sham" for 400yrs. shawram is not syrian or lebanase. its trukish. for my believe lebanase are very good with making shawrma.

i lived in Saudi for 17 yrs ,eating shawarmas almost every day..the stores i go to serve chicken or beef...but goddamn the meat they have on that spit is GIGANTIC...my fav part of the shawarma is the garlic sauce and that warm soft pita bread....YUMMMYYYY!!
