This video shows the multi-step process I use to print my own circuit boards that I use in my synthesizers and other audio circuits.

  • That particular PCB in not on a key chain but is in a drum machine I built using a sequencer I designed and drum sound generators from electronic toy drums I found at a thrift store. I may eventually put a video up of it.

  • This board was small enough to eyeball it, but on larger boards I drill two pilot holes on opposite edges of the board., then I press a pin through the corresponding pads and line everything up with the pin through the pinholes and the pilot holes. Once everything lines up I remove the pin and apply heat.
