@2ndviolinist I think his pitch is not perfect at the time of the recording, but he imitate perfectly the buzzing of a bee, because of his accents while playing and his quality of sound. Of course Maud Powell recording is great!!

Thanks. Very good but he certainly doesn't play the same at 70 as when he was younger. Listen to my upload of Maud Powell for a great version of this piece.
