montage of elite gymnasts training. I didn't realize this video was going to be such a success. I just threw this together, so i'm going to make another one with the same song. to make this one better. i don't like some of the cuts and some of it doesn't fit the music so i'll redo it but i'll keep this one on here. Thanks for helping the video get three honors (my first honors ever)

i do gymnastics i also have to do ballet to help with flexibility my coach made me the gym is my home my coach is my father its where i spend all my time it hurts but its my life and life...it not fair <3

@LeaWitscha thats exactly me :) .. i have ligament damage in my ankle for messing up a tumble and im still going :D <3

Im an elite gymnast and this video is so inspiring!!! And they dont really throw all the excercises at you they kind of do it one at a time :)

I am a 14 year old elite gymnast training for big meets like visas and worlds. A serious part of my training was going to Beijing to train for a month last year and it was gruesome! I hated it! Some of the girls had been taken out of their homes as babies and train even harder than this. Watch some of the Chinese training videos to see part of their training.
