VEG HAKKA NOODLES.
1 pack Ching's Secret Veg Hakka Noodles
2 tbsp Ching's Secret All in One Sauce
1 tbsp Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce
1 tbsp Smith and Jones Tomato Ketchup
½ tsp Ching's Secret Dark Soy Sauce
½ tsp Ching's Secret Chili Vinegar
1 carrot
1 spring onion
1 capsicum
5-6 french beans
¼ medium cabbage
2 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Boil the noodle as per the instructions given on the pack.
Cut all the vegetables into fine jullines. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add oil, all the vegetables and cook for about 30 sec. add all the sauces one by one while stirring. Add noodles and mix well. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
