@corax0705 record a video with his voice then when you add it put it with the sound area of your video

@corax0705 you can if you have hypercam and you have microsoft sam on make him talk but have nothing ealse making sound on your computer, use hypercam and record a video with the sound of him you want, then in windows movie maker if you import that video instead of putting it in the video time line put it in the audio time line then no video just sound if you want video put it in the video time line

@corax0705 you cant, because you need a speech program converter to MP3, but you will need to purchase the speech program converter
