Heidi Happy Performs Oh Oh Oh in Brooklyn, New York

When she came to new york for cmj this year, my friend Priska came to stay with me at the loft in williamsburg, brooklyn. Joe and Jae and i went to see her at the Living Room. Nora Jones had a secret show just before, so she essentially opened up for her - it was really cool. and then again a couple days later she played upstairs at Googies Lounge. great performances. anyway, on the last day she was here, we made this video in the loft's freight elevator. it was shot on a crappy little handheld (Lumix DMC-TZ5 - $260, not pro gear, but it shoots in HD, decent results), no lights used (cloudy daylight).

This Los Angeles guitarist believes Luzern's Heidi Happy aka Priska Zemp is one the most original artist,singer/songwriter to come out of Switzerland.She should break out soon at least in Los Angeles.
