Then he should sue the stores for selling stuff with an age restriction to children. they don't sell alcohol to children and that also has an age restriction.

Now look who's being stupid. Seriously, go to a place like Wal-Mart or Super Store and they will sell M rated games to underage kids. That's the only flaw in your argument. It is still up to parents to monitor what kids are playing, and making sure it is appropriate for them.

the realy anoying thing about jack thompson is
he is suing the companys that make the games yet the games im using GTA as an example are clearly for 18 years old or over and the only way people underage can play them is if their parents let them play so it's not the companys fault it is the parents for letting the kids play it
he is a very stupid man saying that they are selling the games to corrupt kids when the only reason kids can play them is that parents buy the games for them lol
