Very rare calf born in Utah. This is so rare. We have never seen a calf like this. She was born on a Dairy farm in northern Utah.

Before this calf was born the mother ate some hay with a weed that was probably poison. She ate it in a critical time in her pregnancy which caused the the calf to form wrong. It is so important to have clean hay. Some times when you buy it you do not know for sure if it has the poison weeds. She was a very sweet calf but could not eat. She was put to sleep by the vet. It broke my heart.

Or are you saying that animals will live and be taken care of by owners with no income? A good farmer will spend his entire day at his farm, caring for his animals, he has no time for another job than that. He has to pay his bills, the FOOD that the ANIMALS need to eat etc. If you CARE for animals, then you need to get your head out of the bucket and SUPPORT the animals, instead of hoping the problems will go away if you don't work to remove them. Talking is easy, making a real effort is not.

Also becoming vegan is turning a blind eye to animal WELFARE. The GOOD solution to stop animal cruelty is not ignoring the animals existence and pretending it will go away if you do, but finding a GOOD farm where the farmers love their animals and treat them with respect. By choosing not to take a little time to find the right people to support, not only are you lazy, but also a hypocrite. If you love animals, then help pay for their welfare, and stop being such a hypocrite asshole.

A cow produce more milk then a calf can drink, because this is the way the cows have been breed and designed for thousands of years. What you are SAYING, by not KNOWING anything about the cow anatomy, is that you want their udders to either rupture, or have rotting milk killing them of from the inside. Well done, well done. Now study before you condemn.

I wonder where its mother ist. Normally in dairy industries the took the calves away from their mothers because a calf is nothing more than a "side-product". Milk-consuments are responsible for such horrible situations. Also this little baby (lovely one!) needs love of its mother - and her mother's milk (which is NOT for humans). So if you love animals, please go vegan, and stop this cruelty to our non-human siblings.
